Hi!  I am Emily

Honestly, coaching was never something I was drawn to in the beginning. I had this image of a coach as someone standing over you, pushing harder, shouting louder, telling you to do more — and that just didn’t sit right with me at all.

For a long time, I knew I didn’t want to be coached, and I definitely didn’t see myself becoming a coach.

That changed as I went through my own process of growth and healing.

What I discovered was almost the opposite of what I’d imagined. Real change didn’t come from pressure — it came when I felt safe enough to slow down, listen inwardly, and connect with my own strength. Experiencing that shift for myself was deeply powerful.

It also shaped how I see people. I genuinely believe we each have an inner compass — a natural sense of direction — and that it becomes clearer when there’s enough safety, space, and self-trust to tune into it.

What started as personal exploration naturally grew into supporting others.

Today, I work as a counsellor and life transformation coach, helping people move through emotional pain, build inner steadiness, and find a way forward that actually feels true to who they are.

Why this exists

The Inner Compass System is rooted in Person-Centred Counselling principles. It was created out of the belief that every human being carries an innate wisdom — a power to navigate life that no professional can override.

The system distinguishes between the irrepressible power of the human spirit and the limitations we impose on ourselves.

The Inner Compass helps you notice these self-imposed limits, challenge them, and step toward your true potential, reconnecting with your own guidance and strength.

My Focus: Dealing With Anger

Learn to regain control and to channel anger and other intense emotions instead of being driven by them.  You begin to choose your responses, rather than reacting on autopilot.
