Hi! I am Emily
Honestly, coaching was never something I was drawn to in the beginning. I had this image of a coach as someone standing over you, pushing harder, shouting louder, telling you to do more — and that just didn’t sit right with me at all.
For a long time, I knew I didn’t want to be coached, and I definitely didn’t see myself becoming a coach.
That changed as I went through my own process of growth and healing.
What I discovered was almost the opposite of what I’d imagined. Real change didn’t come from pressure — it came when I felt safe enough to slow down, listen inwardly, and connect with my own strength. Experiencing that shift for myself was deeply powerful.
It also shaped how I see people. I genuinely believe we each have an inner compass — a natural sense of direction — and that it becomes clearer when there’s enough safety, space, and self-trust to tune into it.
What started as personal exploration naturally grew into supporting others.
Today, I work as a counsellor and life transformation coach, helping people move through emotional pain, build inner steadiness, and find a way forward that actually feels true to who they are.
